Well life is moving forward but I have been in a slump, I am not focused and it definitely shows. I have so many stressors in my life right now and my immune system is low because of it. I also got my first ulcer and after over a month of pain I finally got relief.... So what am I to do? I am definitely one of those people who shuts down when I feel overwhelmed, I look around me and see a million things that need to be done and I do nothing instead of trying to tackle them.
*Sigh*
I guess it could be called procrastination, but I avoid all these tasks more from the feeling of being overwhelmed rather than just putting it off.
Well today is a new day. It is day 3 of week 4 (I put my couch to 5 K progress on hold the last 2 weeks) and I have new determination to tackle some stuff on my to do list. #1. Make a To Do List
